All online solar energy savings calculators, system sizing estimates, and quote representations generated through this website are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Final project specifications, financial terms, federal/state tax credit eligibility, and utility grid interconnection terms are binding only when executed in a formal signed contract with GLIM SOLAR LLC.
4. User Conduct & Obligations
You agree not to upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable while interacting with our online portals or communication channels.
5. Warranty & Service Limitations
GLIM SOLAR LLC provides solar panel installation warranties and equipment performance guarantees subject to explicit warranty terms outlined in your specific contract agreement.

Under no circumstances shall GLIM SOLAR LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to access this site or reliance on information presented herein.

9. SMS Terms and Conditions
9.1 SMS Program Description: By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our SMS program, you consent to receive text messages from Glim Solar LLC. These messages may include appointment reminders, project updates, estimates and quotes, installation scheduling, service notifications, customer support follow-ups, and marketing/promotional offers related to our solar products and services. Our SMS program is named Glim Solar Alerts.
9.2 Consent and Opt-In: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You may opt-in to our SMS program by: (a) checking the SMS consent box on our website forms at https://www.glimsolar.com, (b) providing verbal or written consent to our sales representative, or (c) texting a keyword to our designated number. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the mobile number provided or that you have the account holder's permission to opt-in that number.
9.3 Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive up to 4-6 messages per month. For ongoing projects, frequency may be higher.
9.4 Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan. Glim Solar LLC is not responsible for any carrier charges.
9.5 Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the same number that sent you the message or to +1 (240) 739-0827. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text "START" and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
