SCOPE OF THE WARRANTY

The protection of your solar project is detailed in a specific document within your contract. This means that there are no additional warranties, whether express or implied, beyond what is stated in this document, in relation to the quality, fitness for a particular purpose or performance of the solar system and its installation.

TRANSFER OF THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY

Once the payment is completed from your system, the warranties of all equipment used will be all yours. The installer's responsibility is simply to transfer these guarantees to you, without assuming additional responsibilities with respect to them.

Support at no additional cost

For 25 years, any repair or replacement service must be covered by the warranty will be provided to you without extra cost. This includes visits from our team for maintenance and repairs.

Transferability of the warranty

If you decide to sell your property in the future, the warranty can be transferred to the new owner for the remaining duration. To do this, you simply need to provide the information for the new owner to the installation company by e-mail.

Protection against leaks in the roof

We offer a 12-year warranty against water leaks in the roof caused by the installation, including the repair of damage resulting, at no additional cost to you.



Equipment included

The warranty covers the repair or replacement of all equipment installed, following the manufacturers ' warranties.

Damage resulting from natural disasters are not covered by the warranty.
